Abstract
Randolph B. Rosenburg was a history professor at UNA from 1994-2000. He was the first professor at UNA to create an online course in 1997. He taught this course from 1998-2000.
Scope and Contents of the Materials
The R. B. Rosenburg Papers Collection (1930-2001) includes UNA faculty correspondence, photos of history students at UNA in 1995, slides, letters, State Teachers College correspondence from 1930-1955 regarding the university's president, Henry Willingham, and miscellaneous papers regarding the university's early history.
Biographical Note
Randolph B. Rosenburg grew up in Gadsden, Alabama. He recioved a bachelor's degree at Samford University in 1979, and went on to complete his master's at Auburb University in 1982. After this, he taught American history and social-cultural history at Virgiana Tech. He then decided to return to Alabama in 1994 to teach history at UNA.
